Thanks for clarifying.
If you want to add custom buttons beside the existing ones in the wizard, you will have to redefine the ControlTemplate of the Wizard to add those buttons. You can find the current ControlTemplate for the wizard here :
-Xceed.Wpf.Toolkit/Wizard/Themes/Aero2.NormalColor.xaml (for Windows 8)
-Xceed.Wpf.Toolkit/Wizard/Themes/Generic.xaml (for other Windows)
in the style targeting the Wizard.
