After upgrading to version 2.2.1 in a .NET 4.0 wpf project. I get an error that a resource 'pie/themes/aero2.normalcolor.xaml' can not be found for the integerupdown control

I created a new wpf .net 4.0 project and no problems.

I then manually cleaned my solution for any trace of Extended.Wpf.Toolkit and the installed it from the console, the nuget ui was not working. it was complaining about missing powershell permission and I am running in Unrestricted mode. but any the console did the trick and I am happy again
