Based on the following discussion:

Can't remember where or when, but I've seen such a request somewhere else.

A comment on the PropertyGrid documentation page also express the same need:
http://wpftoolkit.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=PropertyGrid&referringTitle=Home

The idea is to have a support similar to the WinForm's PropertyGrid where all common properties of the selected objects are displayed.

It's also a shame that the good "Avalondock" is now taken over by Xceed. R.I.P. Avalondock. We decided to develop our own Docking System now. Also we have developed another WPF-PropertyGrid (with no piece of code from xceed, it is developed from the scratch).
We will offer it to the public when it is stable enough. At the moment we only use it internally, where we will find the bugs and instabilities. After testing and using it will be released to the public. After that we will start develop a avalondock-like docking system (with no piece if code from xceed, also developed from the scratch). Because I'm posting here in the WPFtoolkit section I cannot say anything about it, just hold your eyes open at Q3/2013 (maybe).
