New Post: Synchronizing with the Grid

I'm trying to reconstruct my grid, and read in some information regarding the rects and positions. However, my grid doesn't update until the function completes, and the information that it's trying to look for isn't there yet. As a result, the position information being read in is invalid.

To further clarify on this, the bound data has been updated, but corresponding cells based on the updated data have not been created at that point.

Seems like your answer suggests there's a way for the grid to update asynchronously, that might work. Otherwise, are there any ways to force the grid "realize" those cells or for my program to defer the execution of the remainder of my functions after the cells have been created?
