Edited Feature: Zoombox scroll [20532]

Some user prefer to use scrollbars than viewbox then the addition of (optional) scrollbars can be a good feature. Or at least implement IScrollInfo in order to make the control compatible with an external ScrollViewer.

So what you want is when zoomed, you want to use scrollBars instead of Ctrl + MouseDown(and move) to move around the zoomed objects ?
