Then of course I had to tear in to it to find out how it was working. Eventually I realized its all about the override of the GetVisibility() method. Everything else is functionality to support that. Very cool.
My next step will be to incorporate this into my project and learn if not visible is the same as "Hidden" or "Collapsed", as one makes the free space available to other controls and one does not.
