Commented Unassigned: TimePicker Edit Style causes dropdown listbox to display Xceed.Wpf.Toolkit.TimeItem [21838]

When I edit a copy of the style (without making any changes to the style), TimePicker dropdown listbox displays "Xceed.Wpf.Toolkit.TimeItem" for each item. Selection still provides appropriate selected value. Example attached.

I hope I am getting all of the style. I am using the common practice of utilizing Blend, editing a copy of style on the control. I make no changes to the style just save and assign it to the control. It creates described results. Does this process not work for the TimePicker control?
