CharacterCasing set to Upper works fine without a mask, but specifying a mask like, LL-0000-L does not make the letters uppercase like it should. It would also be nice to be able to specify the required casing in the mask, e.g. L would require upper case letters A-Z and l would required lower case letter a-z, and of course we would need something allowing any case.
Having the CharacterCasing applied when the mask is active would be a good start however.
