If you want to modify the size of individual move, while clicking on the LowerRange or HigherRange, use the RangeSlider.Step property.
This will not work while scrolling the thumbs. The thumb works like the thumb in the scrollbar, where the thumb "steps" are relative to the scrollbar size.
