I'm using WPF Extended ToolKit AvalonDock to get multiple views with ScichartSurface Charts and CustomChartmodifiers.
For Example I have two views;VIEW1 and VIEW2.
In View1 a BackgroundThread will move my CustomChartmodifer (Line) via Dispatcher.Invoke(method of modifier) in ViewModel, one point forwards, and View2 only shows some points...
If VIEW1 is in foreground it will work well.
But if i switch to View2, and set a breakpoint in the updating method of ChartModifier View1, which shall move to line one point forward()... The this.Parent and this.ModifierSurface are null.
If i switch back to View1, the this.Parent and this.ModifierSurface will have correct values.
This only occurs if the views are tabbed, if I make view2 floating. The 2 views will work correctly parallel...
