Edited Issue: Color Picker in Collection Editor doesn't work [19834]

I have an ObservableCollection of System.Windows.Media.Color. I can see the collection editor and Color is selected in the top left but I cannot add it - the button is disabled. The color class does have an empty constructor, therefore it should be possible to a a color and see the color picker in the collection editor.
