Created Unassigned: Data Grid NullReferenceException [19731]

Hi

When ever i add the datagrid to my project i lose the designer view at VS2012.

all i did was:
1. start new wpf app project
2. installed Extended WPF Toolkit via nuget
3. at main window add :
xmlns:xcdg="http://schemas.xceed.com/wpf/xaml/datagrid"
and
<xcdg:DataGridControl></xcdg:DataGridControl>

and i get:
NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
