Bug description:
1. Set Increment to any value, e.g. to 5.
2. Set the value to something not dividing exactly to increment. E.g. Value = 6.
3. Scroll down to the value below zero. Works fine.
4. Try to scroll up back to the value above zero. Make sure you can't. The value remains negative.

I'm very confused, but now I can't reproduce the problem either. Sounds like some side effect that disappeared after I made changes in my project.
