New Post: Community Edition update

When a quote says "fixed in v3.1", it means that the fix doesn't appear in earlier versions (v3.0, v2.9, v2.8...).
Community Edition is the same version as Plus Edition except that
-Plus Edition as more controls and features
-Plus Edition is always released before Community Edition

So bug fixes in v3.1 will be fix in v3.1 Community and v3.1 Plus Editions.
