Created Unassigned: ColorPicker missing tooltips if DisplayColorAndName is false [22411]

The ColorPicker control doesn't show tooltips for preset colors if the DisplayColorAndName property is false.

Problem occurs in version 2.9.0 but not in 2.5.0.
