Commented Unassigned: ColorPicker missing tooltips if DisplayColorAndName is false [22411]

The ColorPicker control doesn't show tooltips for preset colors if the DisplayColorAndName property is false.

Problem occurs in version 2.9.0 but not in 2.5.0.

I'm looking to have a combination of showing the color (not name) in the color picker, but showing tooltips.

Is there a situation where someone would not want to see the tooltips? I can't see a reason hide them.
Perhaps it could be a separate property if necessary.
