Edited Issue: ColorPicker missing tooltips if DisplayColorAndName is false [22411]

The ColorPicker control doesn't show tooltips for preset colors if the DisplayColorAndName property is false.

Problem occurs in version 2.9.0 but not in 2.5.0.

Hi,

This will be fixed in v3.3.
A new property will be available to show/hide the Tooltips in the ColorPicker popup.
