Hi,

a) Height (and Width) of the LayoutAnchorableFloatingWindow is too small

b) Re-docking the FloatingWinfow divides the window in half

This is not happening in your sample. After Docking the FloatingWindow at top most, the LayoutAnchorable fits its content.
